Hertfordshire County Council have requested our assistance with recruiting 10-20 Youth Workers for their National Citizen Service. This is a 3 month assignment beginning in June and we require committed candidates.
The role is to support young people to develop personal and social skills through residential and social action programmes enabling them to grow confidence and gain resilience. You will not need any qualifications to be considered, we only require you to have experience working with youths!
To be considered for the position:
- Able to attend 3 days training (in May at the weekend) prior to the programme starting in June.
- Available for 4 consecutive weeks – 2 of which is residential whereby they are required to reside Mon- Fri. Accommodation, food and travel to the residential is included
- Ability to travel throughout the county, so your own transport is essential
