Seven Criminal Justice are looking for an Health and Nurse Team Leader to fill an exclusive opportunity within a leading addictions service in Cardiff.
The role:
The client provides a recovery orientated service offering psycho-social and clinical interventions to maximise service delivery and user outcomes with a view to reducing offending and re-offending thus protecting the public. The Project is funded jointly by the South Wales Police and Crime Commissioner (PCC) and Her Majesties Prison and Probation Service (HMPPS) and the candidate will work with Health Boards, HM Prison Health Services, Probation Service and Courts to provide the specified clinical provision for Offender Interventions. The post-holder will be an integral member of a multidisciplinary team offering specialist clinical interventions to a cohort of service users.
Key Responsibilities:
This post has been identified as requiring the post holder to provide evidence of BBV immunisation status in order to carry out the role effectively. The role may require the post holder to undertake Dry Blood Spot Testing/ Substance Misuse Testing/ Working in Needle Exchange or is a clinical role and therefore the client wishes to ensure that staff are not at risk of infection or transmission of a disease that may affect their own or patient safety. Staff will therefore need to evidence their immunisation history, exemption or non-responder on commencement of employment or at routine intervals at the request of the Organisation
