Seven Social Care are looking for a temporary Project Assistant based in Guildford. The role is initially for 3 months and the pay rate is £10.50 and hour paid via umbrella company.

The role:

As a Project Assistant, your role will include helping with the booking in and out of residents, give information to residents who may come to the reception desk, to help book repairs and show workmen where on the site the repair may be required, give out laundry token as and when required, take income phone calls and refer caller to the right member of staff. We Require 37.5 hr project assistant for supported living for adults and young persons. Shifts will be early 7:15am-15:15pm or late 13:30-21:30pm; working every other weekend as a lone work

Key Responsibilities:

  • – Act as an initial point of reference on the phone, or in a reception area as required.
  • – Assist in the provision of a comprehensive housing management and support service, including working with tenancy agreements and collecting rents and charges.
  • – Carry out day to day office administrative functions to ensure that all records and files are maintained and held securely and that the confidentiality of information is upheld.
  • – Have an awareness of the clients support needs, working, under direction, supporting clients to help them achieve their agreed outcomes.

Applicant Requirements:

  • Qualifications: N/A
  • Experience: 2+ years working in a similar role.
  • Compliance: Up to date DBS.
  • Travel: Clean UK driving license with the ability to commute to and from work independently.
  • Hours: 37.5 hours p/w.
