Seven Social Care are looking for a Senior Client Services Manager for Phoenix House Menal Health Service based in London. The contract is initially until the end of May 2020 and the pay rate is £14.32.

The role:

Your duties would To lead a committed and motivated team/s delivering efficient, high quality, cost effective, client centred services in line with contract requirements, empowering clients to live independently and making it a great place to work for colleagues. You are required to be flexible to work within other office/service locations in the future within an agreed area of your initial office location. You must have experience of leading, line and performance, managing a team, coaching and directing as required by the circumstances.

Key Responsibilities:

Applicant Requirements:

  • Qualifications: N/A
  • Experience: 2+ years working within a manager’s role.
  • Compliance: Up to date DBS.
  • Travel: Clean UK driving license with the ability to commute to and from work independently.
  • Hours: 37.5 hours p/w.
