Children’s Youth Justice Social Worker | £35 P/H | Rochdale

We are looking for a experienced Children’s Youth Justice Social Worker in Rochdale. You will be responsible for a caseload of complex cases, you will be required to assess, plan and review cases.

Purpose

– Assessing the needs of individual children and their families for social care service

– Designing and arranging for provision of appropriate care services

– Providing direct social work assistance to children and families

– Establishing and developing effective collaborative working relationships with other agencies in pursuance of effective service provision

Please note:

– We require a minimum of 2-3 years experience in a previous role to a similar level

– Must be HCPC registered

– Relevent AIM3 qualification
