Housing Options Officer

Seven Resourcing are currently looking for a Housing Options Officer to work within West Northamptonshire Council. 

Some Key Information is Highlighted Below:

Rate: £25 – £27 per hour.

Hour: 37 hours per week.

Working Arrangements: Hybrid working –  3 days onsite.

Ideal Start Date: ASAP

Brief Description: 

• In-depth knowledge of Part 7 of the Housing Act 1996
• Experience in housing advice, casework, and negotiations with various stakeholder
• Strong communication skills and the ability to produce clear and concise statutory decision letters
• Capability to work independently and manage a diverse caseload efficiently.

Compliance Requirements:

• 3 years referencing
• Right to Work
• Enhanced DBS
