Non Medical Prescriber

Seven are currently seeking a qualified Non-Medical Prescriber to join our team in Edgware, London. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and passionate healthcare professional who is capable of providing patient-centered care, and delivering appropriate medication to patients within their scope of practice.

Responsibilities:

– Conducting patient assessments, prescribing medications, and providing clinical management to patients.

– Liaising with other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.

– Maintaining accurate patient records and providing other administrative duties as required.

– Continuously monitor and review prescribing practices to ensure they are in line with national guidelines and best practices.

– Educating patients and their families about the medications prescribed and any associated side effects.

Qualifications and Requirements:

– A qualified Non-Medical Prescriber with a valid registration with the relevant professional regulatory body.

– A post-graduate qualification appropriate for non-medical prescribing.

– Prior experience of working in a primary care setting is preferred.

– Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong emphasis on patient-centered care.

– The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
