Recovery Team Leader

Seven Criminal Justice are currently recruiting for a Recovery Team Leader for our Ealing office, who will work towards strengthening our recovery operations. This is a unique opportunity for an individual with a strong background in leadership and recovery services to contribute to a renowned and dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide leadership and guidance to the recovery team, promoting effective teamwork and communication.

2. Oversee the day-to-day operations in the recovery department, ensuring procedures are adhered to and objectives are met.

3. Develop and implement recovery plans for clients, focusing on necessary support systems and resources.

4. Regularly evaluate and update recovery procedures and protocols to ensure the delivery of high-quality services.

5. Spearhead collaboration with health care providers, social workers, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive recovery services.

6. Coordinate and facilitate team meetings, manage ongoing staff development and training.

7. Handle escalated client concerns, show a commitment to client satisfaction and outcome improvement.

8. Contribute to budget planning, resource allocation and oversee staff scheduling and workload distribution.

9. Ensure compliance with all legal regulations and maintain up-to-date industry knowledge.

Skills & Qualifications:

1. Degree in Social Sciences, Health Care, or any related field is essential.

2. Previous experience in a recovery institution or setting, with demonstrated leadership experience.

3. Knowledge of recovery treatments and therapies, as well as legal and ethical aspects of recovery services.

4. Strong interpersonal skills, with an ability to manage and resolve conflicts.

5. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

6. Solid decision-making ability with a strategic focus, capable of risk analysis and operational planning.

7. Proficient in using IT programs to accurately record data and produce reports.

8. Understanding of budgeting and performance evaluation processes.
