Remote Recovery Worker

Seven Criminal Justice are calling out for an enthusiastic and compassionate Remote Recovery Worker to join our dynamic team based in London. The role will be completely remote, ideal for individuals passionate about working from home and providing excellent recovery services.
Responsibilities:
1. Provide recovery-oriented support and interventions to service users remotely in line with individual care plan objectives.
2. Conduct Rehabilitation and Recovery assessments and develop collaborative care plans based on the discussion of recovery goals.
3. Maintain accurate records of each client interaction, monitoring and tracking progress against identified goals.
4. Evaluate the effectiveness of support by reviewing outcomes, adjusting plans and strategies as needed.
5. Attend regular supervision meetings, training and development courses to enhance knowledge and skills within recovery and rehabilitation practices.
6. Establish and maintain effective working relationships with clients, families, and other members of the healthcare team.
7. Provide information and guidance to service users about community resources and services available.
8. Actively engage with clients to enhance participation in their own recovery process.
9. Comply with the organization’s policies, procedures, and standards of service.
Qualifications:
1. Experience in mental health, social care roles, or relevant field is highly desirable.
2. Must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
3. Ability to manage cases independently, prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
4. The ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times.
5. Knowledge of the Mental Health Act (MHA) and Care Act (2014) is preferred.
6. Flexible and adaptable to cope with the demands of the role.
7. NVQ Level 2/3 in Health & Social Care or equivalent is desired.
