Remote Recovery Worker

Seven Criminal Justice are currently searching for a dedicated and motivated Remote Recovery Worker to join our team. In this position, you will be a critical part of our efforts to assist individuals working through recovery processes. While working remotely, you will maintain a compassionate atmosphere for recovery and offer support while ensuring clients’ safety and wellbeing.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide support and guidance to clients during their recovery journey.

2. Ensure all clients feel listened to, understood, and respected.

3. Assess clients’ needs and develop personalized recovery plans.

4. Encourage ongoing dialogue with clients to monitor their progress regularly.

5. Connect clients with resources and services within the community where needed.

6. Maintain accurate and updated client records.

7. Attend and participate in team meetings and trainings regularly.

8. Adhere strictly to professional ethical guidelines and maintain client confidentiality.

Requirements:

1. A minimum of a diploma qualification in Social Work, Psychology or related field. A degree in the field is an added advantage.

2. Proven experience in helping people in recovery, preferably in a remote setting.

3. Familiarity with telecommunication applications and software.

4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

5. A compassionate and patient approach with the ability to connect with individuals at various stages of recovery.

6. Solid understanding of ethical guidelines related to recovery support.
