Senior Dependency & Recovery Coordinator

Seven Criminal Justice are currently seeking a highly skilled, compassionate, and reliable Senior Dependency & Recovery Coordinator for a prestigious firm based in Worthing, UK. This challenging yet rewarding role requires an individual who can demonstrate exceptional skills in managing recovery and dependencies while maintaining an empathetic and compassionate approach.
Responsibilities:
1. Effective coordination and management of recovery plans, ensuring all steps are consistently met to support clients.
2. Utilize expert knowledge, and experience to handle patients with various degrees of dependency.
3. Regularly liaise with multi-disciplinary teams and other agencies to expedite effective recovery programs.
4. Provide supervision, guidance, and mentorship to junior staff members, ensuring they are equipped with necessary skills and knowledge.
5. Contribute to the development, review, and implementation of policies and procedures related to recovery and dependency.
6. Keep up-to-date records and provide regular updates and reports to management.
7. Provide advice, guidance, and support to families or carers if required.
8. Identifying opportunities or strategies for improving the efficiency and effectiveness of processes and systems.
Essential Requirements:
1. Degree in Social Care, Mental Health, Counselling or related field; advanced degree preferred.
2. Proven experience in dependency and recovery coordination, preferably in a senior position.
3. Understanding of UK regulatory standards and best practices within this field.
4. Highly self-motivated with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
5. Sound knowledge of counselling ethics and legislation related to dependency and recovery.
6. Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
7. Must have a flexible approach to work and be willing to work outside of standard hours if required.
