Senior Dependency & Recovery Coordinator

Seven Criminal Justice are actively seeking a proactive, empathetic and committed Senior Dependency & Recovery Coordinator in Kent. In this role, you will be serving as a key part of our team helping individuals dealing with issues of dependency, substance abuse and recovery management.

Responsibilities:

1. Coordination of effective recovery plans for individuals dealing with dependency issues.

2. Facilitating and guiding group and individual therapeutic sessions.

3. Collaborating with physicians, psychologists, and other professionals to create the best treatment plans.

4. Offering resources and programs for patients’ families for better understanding and dealing with the condition of the patient.

5. Conducting regular check-ins and assessments of patient conditions and updating recovery plans accordingly.

6. Overseeing junior coordinators and providing them required training and guidance.

7. Keeping accurate records and drafting reports of patient treatment.

8. Conforming to all necessary regulations, standards, and protocols of recovery treatment.

Qualifications:

1. Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counselling or a related field.

2. Proven experience as a Dependency & Recovery Coordinator or a related role, preferably at a senior level.

3. Strong understanding and knowledge of dependency and recovery treatment plans.

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

5. Demonstrated ability in managing a team.

6. Familiarity with professional and medical emerging knowledge.

7. Proficient with healthcare databases and software.
