Seven Resourcing are seeking a dedicated and experienced Substance Misuse Team Leader to join the team in London. The successful candidate will lead a team of professionals in providing comprehensive support and assistance to individuals struggling with substance misuse issues.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of substance misuse support workers, providing guidance, supervision, and support as needed.
• Develop and implement effective strategies for engaging with clients and supporting them in their journey towards recovery.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ needs and develop personalized care plans in collaboration with the team.
• Provide individual counseling and support sessions to clients, utilizing evidence-based interventions.
• Coordinate with external agencies and service providers to ensure clients have access to a range of support services, including medical, housing, and employment assistance.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of interventions and make adjustments to treatment plans as necessary.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, progress, and outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with relevant policies, procedures, and regulations governing substance misuse services.

Applicant Requirements:

• A relevant degree e.g., psychology, sociology, social work or Diploma in Health and Social Care or equivalent.
• A L3 Substance Misuse and ILM L5 in Leadership & Management.
• Must have previous experience in the Substance Misuse field.
