Trainee Prevention Officer | £12.63 P/H | Bexleyheath

We are looking for an enthusiastic, dynamic and adaptable individual who is passionate about providing excellent social support and the delivery of clean safe care.

This is a contract position, with the possibility of going permanent or renewing your contract subject to your performance, making this a particularly exciting opportunity for applicants.

This role requires you to be passionate about delivering a professional customer centred high-quality housing service that consistently impresses our customers whilst enhancing our reputation.

We are looking to appoint trainees who will receive a comprehensive training program aimed at developing into fully trained Prevention Officers.

You will be an excellent communicator and able to demonstrate good resilience skills to enable you to work in sensitive and potentially challenging situations.

Once fully trained and following the successful completion of the training program you will contribute to preparing and implementing the housing strategy and homelessness strategy, as it relates to housing need, and to undertake projects related to the development of the service area. You will also be able to contribute to the development and review of associated policies and procedures.

In addition, you will contribute to identify and develop accommodation solutions to address housing need.
