EHCP Caseworker

Seven Social Care is looking for a EHCP Caseworker at Gloucestershire County Council

The role:

Require experienced Education, Health and Case Plan case coordinators.

The posts will be expected to work closely with schools, parents and other professionals.

Post holders will ideally be able to come to the office (Shire Hall, Gloucester) at least one per week in order to support cooperative team communications

The posts will report to relevant team lead and we require Case Coordinators for our initial assessment and review teams
