Employability Co-ordinator

Seven Education are looking for an Employability Co-ordinator to work with one of our established Colleges in Southwest London. This is an ASAP start and will be a temporary role but ongoing .This role is part time hours initially Mon, Weds, Thurs, Fri – Full days,  but may lead to 5 days a week. £18 per hour via an Umbrella company.

The role:

Provide a programme to develop students employability so that they may succeed in their College study programme, successfully gain and sustain employment and enrich the student experience through a programme of work experience. To promote employability and employer based training schemes (e.g.Traineeships, Apprenticeships) across college and in schools. Promoting a range of employment opportunities in the Employment Hub.

Key responsibilities:

Working closely with curriculum teams to ensure effective communication regarding embedded employability skills.

To adhere to College Health and Safety and Equal Opportunities policies and to comply with relevant legislation

To undertake any other such duties as may be reasonably required of you commensurate with your grade, at your initial place or work or at any of the other College sites as determined by the Principal.
