Health and Social care/Childcare Lecturer

Seven Education are looking for a Health and Social Care/Childcare Lecturer to work with one of our established Colleges in SW London. This role is a September start as an ongoing contract and paying £30 -£35 per hour via an umbrella company.

The role:

We are looking to appoint a Lecturer to deliver outstanding quality teaching, learning, and assessment on Level 3 Childcare, Level 3 Health & Social Care and Access to Nursing and Midwifery, as well as provide academic tutorial support to students.

Acting as a Course Leader and Academic Tutor, you will deliver teaching and assessment activities including lectures, setting/marking coursework, practical’s, and field work to undergraduate and postgraduate students. You will contribute to the school community, identifying opportunities for employment and skills focused study for learners and seek ways of improving performance by reflecting on teaching design and delivery, obtaining and analysing feedback.

Candidate requirements :

Qualified to degree level as a minimum in Childcare and Education, Early Years, Health and Social Care, Nursing, or another relevant subject, you will have experience of teaching Level 3 Childcare, Level 3 Health & Social Care and Access to HE in an FE College, School, or private provider. You will have a successful record of tutoring and supporting learners and of setting and implementing target setting, monitoring, and reviewing progress.

Candidate MUST be able to deliver both HSC and Childcare
