Seven Resourcing are looking for a Senco to join a Small quiet Primary School  in Andover, Hampshire. The role  is set to start in September 2024 and is a full time, permanent role.

Salary Details:

MPR/UPR £33,814 – £44,870 pro rata

The Role:

The SENCO role, without class teaching commitment, is a new post for the school and, for the right candidate, an opportunity to have a significant impact on shaping the future of our SEN provision.

Applicant Requirements:

  • Proven teaching experience in one or both Key Stages or foundation stage (QTS / PGCE).
  • Previous SENCO experience and must hold or be working towards the National Award for SEN co-ordination.
  • Evidence of high quality SEN provision which leads to children making good progress
  • Experience of contributing to the wider life of the school
  • The ability to lead from the front
  • Capacity to support a team of LSAs who work with our SEN children
