Seven Education is looking for an Senior Curriculum & Operations Manager in Coventry

The role:

Interim senior manager for Coventry City Council’s Adult Education Service.

Reporting to the service lead, responsibilities include the management of curriculum areas and service wide functions such as marketing and curriculum planning.

Applicants must have recent successful team or service leadership experience within an Adult Education or Further Education setting, covering a range of curriculum types including Skills funded courses, with knowledge of Adult Education Budget funding.

You will hold Qualified Teacher Status and/or other relevant high level professional qualification(s).

• Successful experience in leadership/management roles in Adult Education, or Further Education, or in the independent training provider sector.
• Experience of leading/managing different curriculum areas and service-wide functions.
• Knowledge of AEB skills funding and experience of curriculum planning.
