Job Description:

• Position: Supply Teacher
• Hours: 08:30 am – 15:30 pm
• Responsibilities: Providing high-quality teaching cover across different subjects and age groups as required.
• Availability: Late Notice Cover
• Pay: From £130 – £180 per day (depending on experience and qualifications)

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS): Hold a valid QTS certification or equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
• Flexibility: Ability to adapt quickly to different school environments and teaching assignments.
• Excellent Communication Skills: Effective communication with students, staff, and parents/guardians.
• Strong Classroom Management: Maintain a positive and supportive learning environment conducive to student growth and achievement.
• Reliability: Demonstrate punctuality and reliability in fulfilling teaching assignments, including short notice cover.
• Commitment to Professional Development: Willingness to engage in ongoing professional development to enhance teaching skills and stay updated with educational best practices.
• Legal Compliance: Compliance with all relevant safeguarding, health and safety, and educational policies and regulations.
• Experience: Previous teaching experience preferred but not required. Newly qualified teachers are also encouraged to apply.
