Job Title: Supply Teachers Needed in Portsmouth

Position Overview: We are currently seeking dynamic and dedicated Supply Teachers to join our team in Portsmouth. As a Supply Teacher, you will have the opportunity to inspire and educate students across various age groups and subjects.

Working Hours:

• Hours: 08:30 am – 15:30 pm (may vary depending on assignment)
• Late Notice Cover: Availability for short-notice assignments is essential.

Salary and Benefits:

• Pay: From £130 – £180 per day (dependent on experience and qualifications)

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and informative lessons to students according to the curriculum requirements.
• Adapt teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles and abilities.
• Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning.
• Manage classroom behaviour effectively to ensure a productive learning environment.
• Follow school policies and procedures, including attendance recording and lesson planning.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Previous experience teaching in a classroom setting is desirable but not essential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure
• Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to undergo one).
