Position: Supply Teaching Assistant/Learning Support Assistant
Location: Basingstoke, Hampshire
Hours: 08:30 am – 15:30 pm
Availability: Late Notice Cover
Pay: From £13.00 – £15.00 per hour (Depending on Experience)

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide support to students in various educational settings, including classrooms, resource centres, and outdoor learning environments.
• Assist teaching staff with the implementation of lesson plans and instructional materials.
• Support students with individual learning goals, including academic, social, and behavioural objectives.
• Collaborate with colleagues to create inclusive learning environments that cater to the diverse needs of students.
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and communicate effectively with teaching staff and parents/guardians.

Requirements:

• Previous experience working in a similar role within an educational setting is preferred but not essential.
• A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their educational development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive and positive attitude towards learning and professional development.
