Position: Supply Teaching Assistant
Location: Eastleigh
Hours: 08:30 am – 15:30 pm
Availability: Late Notice Cover
Pay: £13.00 – £15.00 per hour (Depending on Experience, etc.)

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the delivery of educational activities under the guidance of the teaching staff.
• Support students in their learning journey, providing encouragement and assistance as needed.
• Adapt quickly to different classroom settings and age groups.
• Provide additional support for students with special educational needs or those requiring extra assistance.

Requirements:

• Previous experience working with children, preferably in an educational setting.
• A passion for education and a desire to make a difference in students’ lives.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Able to adapt to varying schedules and classroom environments.
