Swimming Instructor

Seven Resourcing are looking for 2 temporary Swimming Instructors to work at  Llantrisant Leisure Centre. This position will involve working around 10 hours per week and the contract will initially be for a period of 3 months. The hourly rate is £14.91 (PAYE) or £18.88 (umbrella) per hour. 

The role:

Swimming Teacher required to provide cover for the junior learn to swim lessons and school swimming programme due to existing staff changing their hours or leaving.

Key Responsibilities:

• Poolside; delivering safe and high quality swimming lessons appropriate to the level of class and student.
• Preparing activity areas to include the safe setting up/dismantling of equipment and ensuring that all equipment is stored safely and securely when not in use.
• Record attendance and assessment results using the poolside tablet during each session.
• Assisting students with enquiries in a friendly and effective manner, proactively developing and maintaining high standards of customer care.

Applicant Requirements:

Qualifications:

A qualification within a relevant field. 

Experience: 1+ year of experience working as a Swimming Teacher. 

Compliance: Proof of ability to work and live in the UK. Current DBS and 2 x references. 

Hours: 10 hours p/w.
