Band 6 Health Visitors

Seven Resourcing is looking for X2 Band 6 Health Visitors to work for the West Locality/ Universal Children, at the Health Visiting and Children’s Centre Service, 79 Axe Street, Barking, Essex, IG11

Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm

Duration: until 19/08/2022

Responsibilities: Providing the Health Child programme for 0-5 children and families. Supporting safeguarding, attending CP conferences, core groups, early help and mentoring, home visits and clinics for Universal Plus and Partnership Plus

Skills: Qualified HV experience with the use of Rio using the templates, good communication and able to support changes. Require a work risk assessment.

Applicant Requirements:

• Qualifications: Community Nurse Qualification – Health Visitor (essential).
• Experience: 2+ years working within a similar position.
• Compliance: Current DBS and NMC registration.
