Occupational Therapy Assistant

Seven Social Care are looking for a Occupational Therapy Assistant to work with Birmingham City Council. 

Rate for the role: £20.25
Hybrid working: Working from home
Location: Base Home- and completing home visits within Birmingham- citizens properties.

To be responsible for assessing users and carers in order to provide advice and options to enable them to maintain their independence.

• To carry out assessments as directed by an Occupational Therapy Manager, that provide solutions to elderly and disabled persons needs.
• To arrange provision of services as appropriate.
• To carry out rehabilitation programmes as directed by Occupational Therapist in appropriate settings.
• To work closely with other agencies in carrying out assessments and arranging provision.
