Registered General Nurse

Seven Healthcare is currently looking to hire a compassionate, dedicated and experienced Registered General Nurse to join our medical team ib Bourne. The chosen candidate will be responsible for providing quality healthcare to patients of various ages, maintaining accurate patient records, and working collaboratively with the healthcare team to promote patients’ health.

Responsibilities:

– Ensure that all nursing practices are in compliance with the NMC Code of Practice.

– Provide direct patient care according to the individualized care plans.

– Assess, plan, implement and evaluate care for patients in accordance with specific condition or medical needs.

– Carry out necessary tests and oversee the results, informing the relevant doctors of the results.

– Educate patients and their families on health conditions and treatment options.

– Administer medications accurately, ensuring each patient receives the right dosage.

– Collaborate with doctors, healthcare professionals, and staff to provide high-quality patient care.

– Document all patient care and communication in patient’s record.

– Participate in professional development activities to keep current with health care trends and practices.

Qualifications:

– Valid NMC Registered General Nurse qualification.

– Proven experience as a Registered General Nurse.

– Excellent knowledge of nursing care methods and procedures.

– Ability to work in a team and handle stressful situations.

– Outstanding communication and people skills.
