Registered General Nurse

Seven Healthcare are seeking a competent and compassionate Registered General Nurse to join our medical team in Banbury, UK. As an integral part of our healthcare system, you will exhibit an unyielding commitment to delivering exceptional patient care. Your role will include the implementation of best practices and skills to improve patient experience, potentially resulting in quicker recovery times.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide primary patient care and assist doctors with medical procedures.

2. Conduct physical examinations, administer medications, and monitor vital signs.

3. Develop and implement patient care plans matching their individual needs.

4. Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop a holistic approach for each patient.

5. Manage emergency situations and react quickly to patients’ needs.

6. Perform diagnostic tests and interpret the results.

7. Conduct follow-up visits to monitor patient recovery and administer additional treatments as necessary.

8. Maintain detailed report of patients’ treatments, allergies, etc. for reference.

9. Ensure patient and their family members are aware of the treatment process and any associated risks.

10. Uphold patient privacy and confidentiality at all times.

Education and Experience Requirements:

1. Must have a minimum of a Diploma or a Degree in Nursing.

2. Valid registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC), UK.

3. At least two years’ experience as a fully qualified general nurse.

5. Solid knowledge about medical software and equipment.
