Registered General Nurse

Seven Healthcare are currently seeking a dedicated, compassionate, and highly-skilled Registered General Nurse to join our dynamic healthcare team in Salisbury. The successful candidate will be instrumental in providing stellar patient care and improving patient satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to identify health status and healthcare needs.

2. Develop and implement effective personalized care plans in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team.

3. Administer medication and conduct regular health evaluations.

4. Monitor patient progress regularly and make adjustments to the care plan as needed.

5. Promptly respond to emergency nursing situations.

6. Record patient vital signs, symptoms, and changes in condition, and communicate them effectively with the healthcare team.

7. Provide emotional support and personalized care to patients and their families.

8. Educate patients and their families about managing illnesses and achieving optimal recovery.

9. Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.

10. Uphold the highest standards in patient confidentiality, empathy, and respect at all times.

Qualifications:

1. Registered General Nurse with valid NMC registration.

2. Proven nursing experience in a fast-paced healthcare setting.

3. Excellent clinical, interpersonal, and communication skills.

4. Knowledge of healthcare laws and regulations.

5. Ability to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks.

6. Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently when necessary.

7. Flexibility and adaptability in various working conditions.

8. Proficient use of medical software and equipment.
