Registered General Nurse

Seven Nursing are seeking a Registered General Nurse to join their team in Dorset, UK. As a member of the nursing team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to patients across the lifespan, including assessments, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.

Key Responsibilities:

– Utilize critical thinking and analysis to provide safe and effective nursing care to patients across the lifespan.

– Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.

– Administer medications and treatments according to established protocols and nursing standards.

– Utilize evidence-based practices to provide patient education and promote optimal health outcomes.

– Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate care and ensure continuity of care.

– Maintain accurate and timely medical records and document patient care activities.

– Participate in quality improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with relevant guidelines and regulations.

Requirements:

– Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) as a Registered General Nurse.

– Minimum of 2 years of experience in an acute care setting.

– Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

– Ability to work efficiently and effectively, both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

– Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills.
