RMN

Seven Healthcare are seeking a capable and dedicated Registered Mental Nurse (RMN) to join our innovative team. The successful candidate will provide exceptional care in a dynamic health setting, approximately earning £32 – £55 per hour.

Responsibilities:

1. Assess, plan, implement and evaluate individual care plans for patients with varying mental health conditions.

2. Document and report changes in patients’ conditions and other matters of concern, ensuring that all documentation is current and updated.

3. Administer medicines within healthcare procedure and Healthcare Commission guidelines.

4. Engage with patients, establishing constructive relationships and helping patients to foster positive mental health.

5. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, social services, and relevant external agencies in implementing personalised treatment plans.

6. Act as an advocate for both patients and their families, providing information, support, and advice as needed.

7. Facilitate education sessions and therapeutic group activities.

8. Adhere to all relevant guidelines and standards, including NMC and company policies.

Qualifications:

1. Current and valid registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).

2. Relevant qualification in mental health nursing.

3. Proven experience of working in a similar role.

4. Demonstrate a high level of empathy, understanding, and patience.

5. Exceptional communication skills, both written and oral.

6. Reliable and flexible to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
