Short Breaks Officer

Seven are seeking an experienced and motivated Short Breaks Officer to join our team in Merton. The Short Breaks Officer will be responsible for providing support to children and young people with disabilities and their families by coordinating and organising a range of fun, safe, high-quality and personalised short breaks.

This is a rewarding role for someone passionate about empowering and enabling children and young people with disabilities to access leisure activities, social events and positive experiences.

Rates of pay:- £18.75

Qualifications and Skills:

                NVQ Level 3 or equivalent relevant qualification in a related field (e.g. social care, youth work, education, etc.)

                Experience of working in a similar environment with children and young people with disabilities

                Experience of direct working, planning and delivering a range of activities and opportunities that provide a stimulating environment for children and young people with SEN,                      disabilities and complex needs across a wide age range
