Responsibilities: 

Care coordinator : visiting clients, supporting them with their depot medication, housing issues anmd general care coordinating role with walthham forest.

Applicant Requirements:

• Qualifications: A BSc (Hons) degree in Social Work
• Experience: 1+ years working as a Social Worker
• Compliance: Up to date DBS, SW registration.
