Seven Nursing are currently seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Registered General Nurse to join our healthcare team in Carmarthenshire, UK. As a Registered General Nurse, you will take responsibility for the care of patients assigned to you, ensuring that you provide the highest quality of care and support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting patient assessments, developing care plans and carrying out nursing procedures • Administering medication, monitoring vital signs and providing wound care • Liaising with medical professionals and other healthcare staff to ensure the best possible care is delivered • Providing emotional and psychological support to patients and their families • Ensuring that all patient records and documentation are accurate and up-to-date • Maintaining the cleanliness and sterility of the ward and equipment • Adhering to health and safety regulations and infection control policies

Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience:

• NMC registered General Nurse

• Experience of working in a clinical environment • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to remain calm under pressure and maintain professionalism throughout • Good organizational and time management skills • Experience of using electronic patient records systems
