Seven Nursing is seeking a professional and compassionate Registered General Nurse to join our healthcare team in Haverfordwest, UK. As a Registered General Nurse, your main role is to provide the highest standard of clinical care and support to patients in a variety of settings. You will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans.

Key Responsibilities:

– Assess the needs of patients and plan care accordingly

– Administer medications, treatments and procedures as prescribed by physicians

– Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical histories

– Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families

– Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to provide comprehensive care to patients

– Adhere to infection control and health and safety policies and procedures

– Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records

– Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

– Registered Nurse qualified with a current NMC registration

– Proven experience as a General Nurse

– Strong interpersonal and communication skills

– Ability to work independently and as part of a team

– Knowledge of nursing care methods and procedures

– Knowledge of safety and sanitation procedures in relation to patient care

– Flexibility to work shifts including nights, weekends and bank holidays, as per rota system
