Seven Nursing are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team in Colwyn Bay. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to all our patients while working closely with other healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities:

• Assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating nursing care according to individual needs of patients

• Supporting and advising patients and their families while maintaining confidentiality

• Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians

• Monitoring and documenting patient progress and response to interventions

• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care is provided

• Maintaining accurate and complete patient records

• Participating in ongoing training and development

Requirements:

• Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC)

• Strong clinical skills and ability to provide high-quality patient care

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work effectively in a team setting

• Ability to manage challenging situations calmly and professionally

• Flexibility to work varying shifts including weekends and holidays

• Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential
