Seven Resourcing are looking for a temporary Administrator to work in Gloucester. This position is initially for a period of 3 months and is paying £12.24 per hour. The working hours are Monday – Friday from 9am – 5pm.

The role:

We are looking for applicants who would like to join the Social Care Finance Team, where the work is varied, and interesting, no two days are the same. We would like applicants to have an interest and passion for working with numbers, with IT and communication skills and be able to demonstrate a flexible approach with an ability to manage your workload to meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Processing invoices using SAP
  • Uploading funds to prepayment cards
  • Preparing documents for BACs payments
  • Updating spreadsheets using Excel
  • Meeting with managers to forecast upcoming spends
  • Screening inboxes
  • Uploading documents to our bespoke database Liquid Logic (training will be provided)

Applicant Requirements:



Experience: 2+ years working within a similar role.

Compliance: Proof of right to work in the UK and references covering the last 3 years.

Travel: Clean UK driving license with the ability to commute to and from work independently.

Hours: 37 hours p/w.
