Seven Resourcing are looking for a temporary Administrator to work with the Responsive Repairs Team in South Shields. This position is initially for a period of 12 months and is paying £12.47 per hour. The working hours are Monday – Friday from 9am – 5pm. 

The role:

Mobile Working Planner (MWP) for a busy Responsive Repairs Team, the MWP will work closely with the trade Team Leader to schedule work, agree appointments with customers and arrange follow-on jobs. The role also includes admin duties for the claiming of jobs. The MWP will be in regular contact with the trade operatives, assisting in ensuring targets are met and that the team are utilised effectively. Planning/scheduling experience preferred, but not essential, as training will be provided. 

Applicant Requirements:

Qualifications:

 NVQ level 2 or 3 in business administration (desirable and not essential). 

Experience: 2+ years working within a similar role. 

Compliance: Proof of right to work in the UK and 2 x references. 

Travel: Clean UK driving license with the ability to commute to and from work independently.

Hours: 37.5 hours p/w.
