Adolescent Assistant Intervention Worker

Seven Social Care is currently seeking an Adolescent Assistant Intervention Worker in Cardiff.

You will be required to work 37 hours per week.

Job Description

• You will be working to support Social Workers in the team and will work intensively and in a planned way with the adolescents, family or carers and other agencies and services, supporting children and families to achieve their potential. 
• You will undertake direct work with adolescents, parenting work and group work.

Experience

• You do not need to be qualified.
• You will need experience of working with children and young people.
• You will also need to be able to engage with children and young people including their families/carers and support Social Workers in managing risk and achieving positive change.
