Building Surveyor

Seven Social Care have an opportunity available for a Building Surveyor in the Islington area. 

As a Diagnostic Surveyor you will be responsible for visiting customers in their homes and identifying defects which are the Councils responsibility to repair. The candidate will be required to undertake training.

The ideal candidate will be dealing with repair issues referred to them. You will diagnose the cause and arrange for works to be carried out. This will include the assessment of condensation cases and drafting reports for presentation from the High Value Repair Panel.

For this position you will need a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role and the ideal candidate should be degree educated but this is not essential.
