Seven Social Care is looking for a qualified Chef to fill an exclusive opportunity in the Leeds University.

The role:

As Chef, you will have experience working in a commercial kitchen setting. You will also have an understanding of food preparation and portion control.

Key Responsibilities:

Food production, portion control, presentation, and service to accommodate service requirements within timescales and to agreed standards.

Check deliveries and store all goods as stated in HACCP and Food Safety policies including stock rotation.

Ensure attention is paid to healthy lifestyle choices and the nutritional needs of children and young people.

Applicant Requirements:

Qualifications: A QCF/NVQ in Catering/Hospitality

Experience: 2+ years working within a commercial kitchen

Compliance: Basic food hygiene training and Enhanced DBS

Travel: Clean UK driving license with the ability to commute to and from work independently.

Hours: 37 hours p/w.
