Childcare Lawyer

Seven Resourcing are looking for a Qualified Childcare Lawyer to work within Coventry City Council. This Position id fulltime, paying £45 per hour. 

The role:

To conduct court hearings on behalf of the local authority and other related matters. It involves carrying out hearings, in predominantly, children cases, in Coventry, and sometimes in Nuneaton and Birmingham. The hearings are varied, ranging from directions hearings to contested hearings. There is also a need to do some drafting of orders and other documents, and to attend advocates meetings at times. Other hearings may require cover, including those related to adult services.  

Applicant Requirements:

Qualifications:  Practising Certificate

Experience: S ignificant experience in providing childcare soliciting

Travel: full UK driving license
