Children’s Registered Manager

Seven Resourcing are currently recruiting for a Children’s Registered Manager to start a new role in Cardiff. 

As a Children’s Registered Manager, you will provide effective leadership and be accountable for the safe and efficient management of the Respite children’s home.

Responsibilities:

Accepting responsibility and accountability for all day-to-day activities of the home and providing an example to be followed by others, creating an open, positive and inclusive atmosphere in the home.

Gain the support, trust and confidence of team members and colleagues outside the home by providing appropriate communication, consultation and involvement in key areas of activity and decision making.  Minimise personal conflicts by ensuring that values, standards and behaviour and performance are understood and observed, and that problem areas are discussed and dealt with in an appropriate way.

Applicant Requirements:

Experience: Significant experience of working in a Residential Child Care setting at a management level.

Qualifications: Level 5 Diploma in leadership for Health & Social Care Services (Children and Young People’s Registered Management) Wales & NI and registered with Social Care Wales.

Compliance: Enhanced DBS, Right to Work in the UK

Hours: 37 hours per week

Travel: Full UK driving license and access to your own car
