Complaints Manager

Seven Social Care is looking for a Complaints Manager at London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham Council


Role Purpose



    To lead a comprehensive, sensitive and effective complaints and compliments service for Housing within the Council; working strategically with internal and external stakeholders to investigate and resolve issues and provide satisfactory outcomes for the residents of Hammersmith & Fulham.




    Through matrix management, leadership, development and implementation of a performance management framework to ensure that teams meet their statutory requirements and respective timescales.




    Monitoring and reporting to the Strategic Director of the Department and the Director of Housing to ensure compliance with its statutory duties i




    To promote the principles of good complaint handling, dispute resolution and a learning from complaints culture throughout all levels of the organisation, in order to support the embedding of the policies and procedures across the day to day activities of the organisation.




    Leadership of improvement science and the strategic management of best practice in complaint handling, identifying high priority service improvement programs interventions, and lessons learnt




    Working strategically across the Council to raise the Council’s profile and achievements regarding Customer services management.
