Seven Social Care is working with Rutland County Council to recruit a Social Worker for their Contact and Response Team in Adults Services.

Must have UK Experience

£37 per hour via umbrella company

3 days per week in the office

DBS Enhanced and Clear (Adults and Children Barred lists)

Initial 3 month contract.

Experienced Social Worker required to work in the Contact and Response Team, Adult Social Care. 

–    Qualified Social Worker registered with Social Work England.

–    Knowledge of Adult Care legislation and procedures.

–    At least 2 years’ experience of working with adults. 

–    To take referrals and process according to Departmental guidelines, standards and RCC policies. To triage referrals and where appropriate provide a rapid response where enquiries indicate a level of risk.

–    To assess the social care needs of Rutland (adult) residents who are in need of community care services.

–    To work in an integrated way with partners including health and colleagues across LLR and locally

–     Experience of CHC DSTs, mental capacity assessments, DoLs and best interest decision making.

–    Experience of Liquid Logic required

–    Required to work 3 days in the office
