Contract Manager Children’s Social Care

Seven Social Care are currently looking for a Contract Manager to work in Children’s Services, Rochdale.  This is a temporary post, initially for 3 – 6 months with the possibility of placement extension. 

The role:

You will manage and develop the operational placement team ensuing the needs of cared for children are met. This includes IFA, residential and supported accommodation provision.

You will support the review and development of the market place and identify new and innovative solutions to meet children and young people’s needs within Children’s Social Care.


To provider effective leadership, management, and support to the Placement Officers

To provide an advisory for the decision making in respect of placements for Children and young people

Support the Commissioning Lead in the review and development of the market for Children’s Social Care

Support the Commissioning Led to gather market intelligence, carry out needs assessments and needs analysis for Children’s Social Care

Applicant Requirements:

Qualifications: Level 3 Diploma

Experience: Experience within a similar role

Compliance: Current DBS check, right to work in the UK.

Hours : 37 hours a week (hybrid)
