Seven Social Care is looking for Customer Service Advisors, to work in Worthing, with Adur District Council. This role is working within the Council Tax and Benefits sector. This role is paying £25.25 per hour.

The role:

The role is Customer Services oriented, so the candidate must also have good experience of dealing with customers using a customer services telephony system, and speaking to members of the public in an empathetic manner in order to reach a mutually beneficial outcome.

The successful person needs to be able to work from home independently and have the knowledge and facilities in place to do this with the minimum of support.

Some training will be provided and this will initially be carried out on site, so the successful individual will need to be able to travel to Worthing, West Sussex as and when required.

Applicant Requirements:

• Experience: The candidate must have an excellent understanding of Council Tax legislation, procedures and be able to use the Academy Revenues system without requiring further training.
• Hours: 37 hours p/w.
