Seven Social Care is currently seeking an Environmental Health Officer in Neath Port Talbot, Wales.

Job Purpose

• To assist the Team Leader- Food and Health Protection / Senior Environmental Health Officer in the cost effective and efficient execution of environmental health and wellbeing functions relating to food safety, infectious disease control & health protection, and wellbeing promotion or other environmental health priorities.

Responsibilities

• To work within the substantive role of the job to meet relevant performance targets set personally and for the section, including financial and work-related efficiencies and of minimising resource waste.
• To contribute to the development and review of work instructions and quality procedures for the team / service, including efficient division of labour and appropriate service provisio
• To develop and deliver awareness raising and promotional activities relevant to health and wellbeing.

Shifts are only available Evenings and Weekends, 10 hours weekly.

Requirements

• Degree in Environmental health.
• Full UK driving license.
