Family Time Worker

Seven Resourcing are currently looking for a Family Time Worker to start a new role in Bolton.  

As a Family Time Worker, you will join the Children and Families Team. 

Within this role, you will work alongside Safeguarding Social Workers in delivering high-quality intervention with children and families to support in achieving positive outcomes.

Responsibilities:

To contribute to risk assessments and protecting children and young people from danger, harm, and abuse

To plan and record interventions effectively, to support and contribute to the overall assessment held by referring social care teams

To deliver quality interventions within the Framework for Action parenting capacity guidance

To offer support and evidence-based intervention around child development using EYFS (Early Years Framework Strategy) guidance and behaviour management strategies

Applicant Requirements:

Experience: Experience of working with children and families support services provided by organisations and agencies across the Borough

Qualifications: Relevant level 3 qualification e.g. NNEB, NVQ3, BTEC, Early Years, Childcare, Health and Social Care, Youth and Community Studies

Compliance: Enhanced DBS, Right to Work in the UK  

Hours: 37 hours a week

Travel: Full UK driving license
