Family Time Workers

Seven Social Care is looking for Family Time Workers to work with Staffordshire Council.

Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour.

37 hours per week.

You’ll be facilitating family time so you’ll need to be flexible on start time and finish times. Generally we either work earlier days and finish by about 3pm or later days and finish anytime up to 6:45pm but rota’s are worked out in advance so you can make sure you can still fit in all of the things you enjoy doing.

You must have a vehicle to be able to do school drop offs and pickups where needed and to get to family time sessions.

Job Responsibilities:

• To co-ordinate arrangements for family time for children and their parents or other family members as directed by court.
• Where required, to provide transport for children and young people to attend family time.
• To facilitate therapeutic family time between children and their families offering support to children and families.
• To provide parenting support and guidance to parents during family time
